Zip-Clip can provide technical guidance and product support to assist customers with the selection and application of our products.

Please email your drawings and project requirements to [email protected] and a member of our technical team will review the information provided and discuss your project requirements.

Zip-Clip can provide guidance on product selection, support arrangements, and indicative loading considerations based on the information supplied. Each project is assessed on its own merits, as the level of support required can vary significantly depending on the complexity of the application. Whilst some projects may only require simple product recommendations, others may require detailed engineering assessments, calculations, certified designs, or compliance documentation. Where these services are required, they are available at an additional cost.

Point Load Guidance

Our technical team can assist in identifying suitable Zip-Clip products for your application and provide guidance regarding the loads that may be applied to the suspension system.

Catenary Support Systems

For projects incorporating catenary support systems, Zip-Clip can provide guidance regarding:

• Expected system behaviour
• Indicative deflection characteristics
• General reaction force considerations
• Product suitability and system configuration

Where formal calculations or certified design documentation are required, these services can be provided as a separately quoted engineering service.

Fixing & Anchor Selection

If you are unsure which fixing or anchor is appropriate for your application, Zip-Clip can provide guidance on suitable options for various base materials.

Where project-specific anchor calculations, engineering assessments, or certification are required, these services are available upon request and will be quoted separately.
